One of my goals for 2022 was to put together more useful content on the Blocks Edit website. From increasing the number of informational blog posts, to developing new resources for email designers. The resources are still a work in progress, but the blog posts have been going strong! So far, there are a couple modular design techniques, and a couple how-to posts.

Amazing Jonathan died recently. He was one of the funniest comedy magicians, and even one of the funniest comics without the magician part. I got to see him live over a decade ago when he was still in Vegas. If you're not familiar with him, look him up on YouTube. There's also a documentary about him worth checking out. I saw the documentary when it debuted and toured in Phoenix in 2018, which Amazing Jonathan attended. I got a chance to chat with him for a bit afterward. I was nervous at first, but he immediately makes you feel comfortable with his warm, welcoming personality, as if you were already good friends with him. His stage act is very much like that and some of his best moments are with audience members.

Werewolves Within is fun character movie to watch, maybe with a friend. It's a comedy horror movie about how there's nothing wrong with being a nice person. And how people are generally good, but if you go looking for the bad in them, chances are you'll find it. Because you're the one creating the bad.

I originally stopped watching Ozark after the first season, and a couple episodes from the second season. I was somewhat disappointed by what started out as an interesting premise. I decided to give it another chance after I kept hearing people saying they were enjoying it. And I'm glad I did! I just got to the final season which is going to wrap up the series in April!
