Everyone in the US is experiencing weird weather right now, maybe even around the world. Here in Phoenix, it's rained all day today and has been cold and crummy the last couple of weeks. We don't really complain though, because we know that the Arizona heat is just around the corner!

I've been staying in from the weather most of the time and reading. I recently finished: Obviously Awesome: How to Nail Product Positioning so Customers Get It, Buy It, Love It by April Dunford. Positioning is a fancy marketing term for talking about your product in a way that your audience understands its place among other products. The book offers a good model for analyzing your positioning to use throughout all aspects of marketing.

The movie Tar, starring Cate Blanchett is pretty crazy good! On the surface, it's about a classical music composer. But it's really about art, career, relationships, power dynamics, and much more that it's not worth talking about and potentially spoiling it!

I just started watching the new season of The Blacklist and found out that this is its final season! 10 seasons is probably more than enough for the show's overall story arc, but it's still always a fun ride no matter how much that arc is drawn out!
