Time to put in the log in blog

I’ve blogged on an off in the past, but it was always about thoughts and ideas in the form of short articles. I seem to have missed the point of the logging part of blogging, so I’m going to give it a shot.

What I primarily want to cover is my efforts towards becoming a writer. Though I’ve attempted to write for years, I’ve only been seriously putting in the work for the past year and a half. So far, I’ve self-published a short story and am currently working finishing up a comic mini-series called Hacktivity.

This past weekend, I sat at a table at the Amazing Arizona Comic Con to promote Hacktivity to anyone willing to listen to me talk about it. I had some good conversations and met a bunch of great people. I’m enjoying doing the cons more and more and will hopefully be attending more of them in the future.

Earlier this evening, I watched “what.”, a comedy special by Bo Burnham. I’ll leave you with a clip of my favorite part from it.
